Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood is a American comedian, TV host and performer famous for hosting the daytime talk show The Talk. Sheryl Underwood was born and raised in Arkansas and was raised within Little Rock, Atwater and Atwater. Sheryl comes from a family who has suffered from a range of difficulties. Sheryl spent most of her growing up caring for her sister Frankie as she was a victim of polio. When she was a child, she had an uneasy relationship between her parents. Sheryl states that her mother was once brutally beaten by her father because he was too close. Sheryl became a military officer after graduating from college. The area of interest she was most interested in was comedy. It was her first time as a female to make it through the competition in 1989 Miller Lite Comedy Search. In 1992she made her TV debut as a regular performer in the HBO show Def Comedy Jam. The show was hosted by her Oh Drama! in 2000. In 2011, she began participating for The Talk as co-host. She has also performed fictional roles on television shows such as Bulworth Nikki and Beauty Shop.
