Paula Patton is an actress and producer well-known for her roles as a lead actress in the action movie Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol and the romantic film Precious. Her family was a middle class one located in Los Angeles, she harboured many dreams in her early years. The mother of her children was fond of watching movies and inculcated a love for movies in her daughter too. Paula took part in the co-curricular classes at her school and loved drama. Paula loved playing the role of an actor with her friends and participated in school's stage shows. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School staged a variety of plays, and the actress decided that acting was the career she wanted to pursue. The summer was a blast at the University of Southern California. She was offered a contract for three months to create documentaries for PBS. After completing the project, she started working as an assistant in the production of TV documentaries. Later, she was able to produce documentaries. While she was awed by the work she was doing however, she always wanted the role of an actress. Her acting career began with an unimportant role with Will Smith in the romantic comedy Hitch. Since then, she's been in numerous famous television and film productions.
