Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Ilkay Silk has been an actor, director writer, producer, and teacher in St. Thomas University. Anna Silk's father was British and her mother is a Turkish Cypriot English expat. She remembers watching her mother perform in play rehearsals. When she was a child, she was featured in a variety of commercials. Anna was transferred to Toronto in November of 1999, to pursue her acting talents. Then, she settled to Los Angeles (California) over the following decade. Seth Cooperman and Anna met in Los Angeles in 2007, at an actor's workshop. They were engaged by 2009 when they were married. Anna had recently converted to Judaism and married Seth Cooperman in Fredericton. Bo's same-sex romance with Lauren was highlighted by CNN's most popular TV Couples ever, and was named the top TV Couple in 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Anna's popularity on social networks increased as a result of the series.
